  1. This is such a great approach to how writing can be healing. I remember when I was going through a really rough time some years back and first heard that journaling could be helpful, but I could never find a way to write that fit my needs. I think it’s important to know that there are so many different ways of writing that can help your mental health and that it can be a traditional diary narrative or it can be writing your worries or blogging or crafting a really personal finsta!

    • Thank you! Exactly! You’re so right! I think people get put off as they think they have to stick to a certain form, but the possibilities when it comes to writing and being creative is endless. And you don’t have to write about yourself for it to be therapeutic. ❤️

  2. I love this post! Thank you for sharing. I have been struggling with constant worrying over the past year or so about everything! It’s not nice at all! I write my worries down in my diary and i find listening to relaxing music helps and do what makes me happy like having hot chocolate etc 😊❤️
